PROFESSIONAL GUTTER CLEANING

Ken came out on a holiday to provide an estimate. He performed the work a few days later. He was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He even removed a vine growing along a downspout. His pricing was competitive and he cleaned up after the job was done.

He did a very good job. It was a little more than I've paid others in the past. I was disappointed that he didn't bag the debris from the roof, but he did use the leaf blower to spread it around rather than leave it in large clumps on the lawn and in the garden.

More than I expected

Ken was very professional and provided all the information about the guards, the cost, and the installation process. He cleaned my gutters without leaving a mess around the property and was kind enough to tighten my gutters before installing the guards. We first hired Ken Shean to clean out the gutters on our house in 2015. We were very pleased with his work that we called him again to clean out the gutters again this spring and get gutter guards installed. Ken does excellent work and I have recommended him to neighbors and friends . He is the owner of the company and does all the work himself .

Ken came to house within a day of first call - to give no-cost, no-obligation estimate. He assessed the issues I saw, gave an opinion and discussed options. He agreed to remove the current covers and replace with appropriate ones, providing a guarantee. Work was to be done in early spring.
Ken called two weeks later, when there was a short break in the winter (February) weather and scheduled time to come and do the work, if there was no rain. He came and completed the work, as he said he would - on 02/22 - even though while being polite to neighbor who wanted to discuss two other houses. (He discussed those and did some work, after completing the work on mine.)
Fast response - outside work done in February, between snow storms - work done at a very reasonable price, by a knowable person --- can't ask for more.

There are a lot of trees on my property and a lot of stuff falls off of them into my gutters.  Instead of paying someone to clean them twice a year, I had Ken Shean install a covering that keeps out everything and they will never need to be cleaned.

Ken has been in the gutter business for 26 years and he seems to be passionate about it.  This was a pretty big job that required about six days to complete.  Ken showed up when he said he would, and he did a good job.

He was clear in the service to be provided, competitively priced, and performed the job quickly considering the high demand.  We will be seasonal customers of Ken's from here forward!

We had a very bad rain storm with heavy downpour a few days ago.The gutter above the third floor window was clogged, which i didn't know until I saw the rain cascading over the gutter like a waterfall. The flashing on my copper roof on my bumped out bay window had come loose,I didn't know this either until I got inside and saw the leak!. But Ken Shean did a great job! He even took a look at the copper roof . Ken gave me the name of someone who might be-able to help me with the copper roof. I cant say enough about the owner and operator Ken Shean. He was responsive, professional and does a fantastic job. He does not subcontract out work on your house so you know the owner will be cleaning your home. He made a point to mention he carries the necesary insurance in case of an issue. I called and Ken was out within one day to clean my gutters before we had a storm. My gutters were badly clogged and had not been cleaned in a long time. Ken cleaned the roof off of debris. He cleaned and scraped all gutters of leaves and sticks. All four of my downspouts were clogged and Ken worked on each to make sure the would flow correctly in the upcoming rain. All this work was preformed quickly and in 95 degree weather. Even with the problems he encountered he did not try and increase the price. This honesty and integrity is hard to find these days. I would highly recomend his services and I will be using him in the future for gutter cleaning and his other services (dryer vent cleaning, drain tile, gutter covers etc.).

I have had a yearly contract with Ken Shean for several years. The price is for twice yearly service (discounted from $110 for a single service). He schedules the service, which takes about a 1/2 hour and comes without prompting. I have never had a problem with his work.

I am happy with them. He does his cleaning quickly. It includes the main house. He is generally responsive and his gutter cleaning is okay. They do a good job, they are tidy and they clean up afterwards.

Ken was very friendly and professional both on the phone and in person. When I called to get a quote I had to leave a message but he called me back promptly within the hour. He had a great system for offering a quote using satellite imagery so he didn't even have to come out to my home. So I was able to get the quote the same day and he scheduled the service for the following Tuesday. He did a great job. We had a rainstorm that very night and all gutters seem to be flowing freely. Did a great job unclogging my gutter. Used a blower that cleaned out the blockage. Previous guy used the water hose and found out the gutter was still clogged a few months later.
