 + -1 moreWe purchased a track home from the builder. They sold to people who had no business buying in the subdivision including some with nothing down. They subsequently dumped properties which undermined our investment. They left numerous quality issues unresolved. See above.
Description of Work: This builder sold homes to people who had no business buying homes of this size and cost. They failed to enforce the homeowners covenants and as a result the neighborhood degraded. They left the neighborhood with drainage issues, carpenter bees (decks with untreated wood), and under sized gutters. The inferior grading and drainage led to large, mature trees dying.
