Mrs. Heibel and her son James were very responsive when I phoned; my wife and I went to their house the weekend after my phone call with the silverware in question. They were very clear about their pricing ($150 per hour); we spent that first day sorting through all the silverware - they took digital photos of everything. After four hours of documenting everything they said they would have a report ready by my deadline (I had a deadline because of inheritance tax laws in France). The report was professional and prepared on time, upon receiving the report I shipped the silver to France and it passed through customs in one day.
