+ 6 morePaulo Rosa completed our painting and retile projects on time with clean and beautiful results. We are so happy with his work and will certainly hire him for future projects. He is honest, a clear communicator, diligent, respectful and personable, and he takes great pride in doing a skillful job. The process and results of his work are excellent. He is conscientious and careful from preparation to clean-up. He was recommended by a designer at Benjamin Moore Paints who had hired him for interior painting, tile and remodeling work also. He has dozens of photos from successfully completed jobs in the DC area. He was very responsive to our requests for touch-up or any suggestions or concerns we had. And he offered a contact to haul away the old tiles so we didn't need to take the debris to the dump. He can do nearly any kind of repair, remodel, refinishing work you require.
Description of Work: First project: Detailed a accurate estimate and carefully completed preparation for painting: spackled; primed; skillfully painted two coats on walls in living room, dining room, kitchen, lower and upstair's hallway, entry way. Replaced old baseboard wood; Second project: Removed dated floor tile in entryway and kitchen and replaced both with new grout and ceramic tile. Replaced interior wooden stairs; re-stained wood surfaces; replaced front door weather stripping.
