I chose this body shop because my previous experience with the Ford dealer had not gone so well. I was assured that the shop had experience with hybrids and this would not be a problem for them to fix. I'm not so sure it was that easy for them, though. The repairs took over a month, after having had a 2-3 week estimate. The delay was explained as having been a question of not being able to get the right parts. The owners of the shop were very attentive and despite having some personal problems at the same time did make special concessions. I'm not sure if I'd use them again because of the delays involved. But that said, I believe they did the best they could considering they are a small shop.

Panther Auto Body did an excellent job repairing the front end of my car.  The car was ready early and the cost exactly matched the quote.  Communication was superb and scheduling the repairs was easy.  The owner really cares about his customers and the quality of the work.  I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again.

Very impressed with the quality and value of this body shop. I have an older car that needed work paid out of my pocket--no insurance involved. I paid $700 to have a significant dent pulled out of the quarterpanel and to have painted to match. Had received estimate of over $3000 from another body shop that focused on higher end insurance-based work. Would recommend to anybody for excellent, prompt work at a very fair price. I intend to use this shop in the future for any work my cars need.

The service at Panther's was excellent, I was able to have my car looked at and estimated by Pete and the parts were delivered to them the same day. I was contacted by the receptionist and she informed me I could bring my vehicle to the shop and even drop it off that night (since I was at work until 5:30pm at the time of the call). I dropped my car off on a Thursday night around 10:00pm and by Friday morning at 9:26am I had a voice mail from the receptionist informing me that my vehicle was ready for pick up! I was absolutely shocked at how fast and efficient Panther's Auto Shop was and I was also very pleased at the communication given. My adult children also use Panther's Auto Body, my son is a police officer and he recommended Panther's to me after having them do work on his personal vehicle. Panther's replaced my son's engine in his vehicle. The engine was received on a Monday and his vehicle was back in his possesion by Weds, he was very pleased as well!

I found Panther Auto Body here on Angie's list after being unhappy with local, large collision center's attitude. I needed my front grille swapped with another and removing the front bumper was required to effect the swap. Not a huge, complicated job, but I needed someone that I felt I could trust with a rather expensive piece of hardware. Pete (and helper, sorry did not get your name) did a great job and from start to finish it was clear that they cared about the quality of their work, proceeded with finesse without forcing anything or hurrying through the process. There were more than a few fiddly steps to get through so very glad I did not try this with a friend who was very anxious to DIY. Step by step, they reversed the process and the job was done. I could not ask for nicer folks in Pete, Mary and crew. I highly recommend Panther to anyone. Give them a shot as I'm sure you'll be happy with the finished product!

I found Pnther Auto Body on Angie's List and it was the best decision I could have made. I was a little stressed from the collision and Pete and Mary, the owners of Panther Auto Body, immediately put my mind at ease. The damage was extensive but Pete helped to find ways to keep the costs down without compromising quality. I had to pay for the damage out of pocket. The estimate was quick and accurate. I was very pleased with the quality of the work and thought that the cost of repairs was quite reasonable. It was a pleasure dealing with Pete Sellers and his wife Mary. They were friendly and straight forward. I had used Panther for some body work several years ago, and Pete remembered me on sight. He told me that the repairs would take about three to four days, which was the estimate given by the adjustor. I left the car midday on Monday and picked it up the following Friday morning. The paint job was excellent. The blending was so seamless that it was impossible to tell where the damage had been. The car was buffed and polished. If I didn't know better, I would have thought that the entire car had been repainted.

He did the job on time and my car looked beautiful. He matched the paint exactly. Pete and his wife always are available to answer questions He also fixes my brothers car. We both are very happy with his work.

Started out on 9/3 for estimates for repairs for scratched areas on car with 4 auto body dealers (3 from Angie's List. 1 from friend). Stopped 1st at Panther's. Peter offered a choice of buffing and painting of areas or more extensive choice of filling of more damaged areas as well. Chose to go with lesser work. Cost would be $45, work to be done following day. Matching paint was already on hand. When I was unable to return next day, offered to do work same day when done with current work being done. Decided not to get other estimates, trusted Peter because of Angie's List. Returned in 1 hour, visited with very nice wife in office while Peter worked for an hour on car. Car looks good, a very good experience

Estimate was half price of alternates. Other shops wanted to replace the bumpers. The work was excellent and paint exactly matched.

I would highly recommend Panther Auto, especially for Hondas. Overall they were clear, professional, easy to get in touch with, and did good quality work.

I had two estimates from local (North. Anne Arundel County) shops. This shop was a referral from a friend. The other shop was a referral from Angie's List. Panther had a great friendly staff, a front office filled with interesting Navy air memorabilia, and a price $300 less than the competition. Part was ordered, painted and installed within 3 days. Only went without my car for 1 workday: at the price he quoted, at the time he said it would be done. From first phone call to final handshake, this was a marvelous experience. I was never uncomfortable with the process or the place.
