Description of Work: checked out my 15 yr old Oreck and told me what it would cost to service it and get it so it didn't squeak anymore and replace the belt -- I decided to trade it in and get a new one-- sales and service rep. very courteous and no high pressure that was broken - I got a hundred dollar trade-in and decided to buy a new vacuum-no high pressure and very courteous sales and service rep.
