They replied that the parts would be hard to find due to age of the system. Then recommended that I upgrade the system to a new system. I replied that I had contacted them trying to find someone to repair the system. They replied that I could find the parts on line and hire someone to do the job. Looks like all they wanted to do was sell me a new system.

The guys that came out patiently explained my entire water treatement system to me. Told me about general maintainance and even about items I could do on my own without having them out. They tested the ph of my water and adjusted my chemical flow to get it right.

We've been happy with the system. The only issue we had was with the installer who left the job site after he finished without let us know or giving any instructions or information about operation of the system. Basically, he just picked up and left. After I contacted the salesperson and explained what happened, he came out, apologized, and explained the system operation and maintenance.

The C ratings are explained herein. The installation was well done with the exception of the mounting of the bracket that holds the filter assembly to the wall. Improper anchors were used for a concrete basement wall. These failed over the first year or so due to the pressure that must be exerted in removed the filter housing. The company returned upon request and corrected this issue. The only other issue was that the installer upon completing the work just picked up and left without providing any explanation. After being contacted, a company representative returned and gave an explanation of operation of the system and an apology.

Not impressed. Wish I had not switched companies. My old company did not insist I have a sediment filter but I can see the logic of it so installed one. They charged $295 for the 10" big blue filter and $275 for installation along with a dual tank water softener (which is approximately $41 per mo.) The installation seemed to be fine. Didn't notice the big improvement in water quality they seemed to indicate I would get. However, after two weeks my water began smelling like rotten eggs (I test negative for sulphur but seems like it may be sulphur reducing bacteria?--cant get an answer). I asked for a tech to come out to check why and they sent a person who had no real knowledge of the equipment or issues and could not answer any of my questions so I wasted a day off for nothing. I could not get a satisfactory answer from the salesperson so I was stuck trying to find a way to eliminate the smell by searching the internet. I still am working with various filters to resolve it. After the installation, my water sounded like it was running all the time but because of my hearing difficulty I could not pinpoint where it was coming from exactly so I assumed it was the water softener. Upon receiving a very high electric bill and noticing a stream of hot water coming out of the outside drain pipe, I realized my hot water heater was running all the time and the release valve was partly open. The plumber said there is a good chance that the installers accidentally opened the hot water release valve during the installation. I understand that can happen in such close quarters but just wish I had known sooner because I could have saved several hundred dollars had I known right away. Today I called for a salt delivery. They only deliver one day a week and won't give an expected appointment time. I would have to take a full day off to accept the delivery when they show up. REALLY? In this day and age, you can't do better than this? I can just hear my boss now when I tell him I need to be home to accept a salt delivery. I will complete one year of the contract and nothing more. Not impressed.

MAWS initial visit involved reviewing our existing treatment system, testing of both treated and untreated water, and gathering info to make a recommendation for a new system. Mark demonstrated his in-depth knowledge while talking to us about ground water, treatment systems, and the results of the water testing just performed. A proposal for installation of a new system was provided the same day. We found the price to be reasonable taking into consideration money we had paid others in the past adding onto and maintaining our existing system. We accepted the proposal and the installation was scheduled for within 5 days of our acceptance. The system was installed over the course of an afternoon and began providing good quality treated water. A couple minor system glitches surfaced after about one week and MAWS responded the next day to resolve the issues.

Crew had to adapt and improvise and the job came out perfect. They could've done a little better job with the cleanup.

Technician was very professional and thorough, explaining everything he was doing. Technician said he would get back to us regarding upgrading the softener and reconfiguring our softener and water deodorizer system. We're still waiting for that follow-up.

We had used Oasis in the past for well services. They responded promptly to our call and had our water restored the same day. They were a logical choice when we needed new water filters. As before, there was same-day response. They installed the new filters and hauled away TWO old systems. So far, the new system is working perfectly except for having AM and PM confused for the back-flush times.

They are always able to come out quickly. The technicians that do come out are profesional and knowledgeable. They are quick on the job, it takes usually an hour and a half. The receptionist is very nice and has great costumer service. Their prices are comparable to others as well.

A representative that first came out that did the inspection of our house and the system, made the right recommendations as exactly what we needed, not too much, not too little because there was a wide range of products that they offered and obviously the cost moves up and down depending on what we need, so we felt like we got exactly the right things from them and then the installers were very good. They came and they said they were going to be here and they did exactly what they said they were going to do very efficiently and it has only been a week and so far we have been very satisfied. The pricing was more expensive compared to Sears. Obviously, it was more expensive but we had a Sears product and it was not working to our satisfaction at all which is why I went with this company. So, we are satisfied with the product for the price. I will continue to use this provider again in the future.
