+ -1 moreTHE ASSOCIATES WERE EXTREMELY PATIENT AND TOOK THE TIME TO SHOW ME ALL THE DIFFERENT TYPES OF FRAMES AND MATTINGS THAT WERE AVAILABLE. THEY WERE NEVER PUSHY AND WERE ABLE TO HELP ME MAKE EDUCATED DECISIONS REGARDING THE FRAME.
Description of Work: MICHAELS FRAMED A HORIZONTAL PIECE OF ARTWORK. THEY HELPED ME PICK OUT A MATTING THAT WOULD WORK FOR MY TYPE OF PICTURE AND THEN DESCRIBED THE DIFFERENT TYPES OF GLASS THAT COULD BE IN THE FRAME. THE FRAME, AFTER BEING ORDERED, TOOK APPROXIMATELY TWO WEEKS TO BE COMPLETED. I WAS CALLED IMMEDIATELY WHEN IT WAS READY FOR PICKUP.
