THE ASSOCIATES WERE EXTREMELY PATIENT AND TOOK THE TIME TO SHOW ME ALL THE DIFFERENT TYPES OF FRAMES AND MATTINGS THAT WERE AVAILABLE. THEY WERE NEVER PUSHY AND WERE ABLE TO HELP ME MAKE EDUCATED DECISIONS REGARDING THE FRAME.
