After 8 weeks of very little communication, workers not showing up and supplies not being ordered in a timely fashion the renovations on our hall bathroom and laundry room are done. We found working with Jeff very frustrating. He would promise work would be done and it would drag on. Workers would finally show up with no idea what needed to be done or the supplies to get it done. This was after weeks of no one coming, even when promised, and no information being supplied by Jeff as to the lack of workers.

We have had multiple projects done by Maryland Contracting & Design, 3 bathrooms remodeled, bamboo floors installed throughout the house and the first floor completely renovated. We are completely pleased with all of the renovations and feel like we are living in a new house. Excellent work!

We recently bought a house that we discovered had an issue with a portion of the header joist that needed repair. Since we were forced to address this issue, we decided to also modify the front elevation of the house from a long, flat roof line and a brick porch that needed to be replaced, to a more interesting gable roof, stamped concrete porch and stacked stone columns over the new portion of the roof that extended over the porch. Maryland Contracting & Design provided the best estimate, made suggestions, and kept within the scope of the work requested. There were a few unexpected issues during the project that were discussed professionally and the required changes were reasonable. We are thrilled with the end result and receive compliments from neighbors and strangers alike -before and after pictures show how dramatically this project changed the curb appeal of our home. We would use them again for other projects.

Excellent consultation and design followed up by superior workmanship completed on-time and on budget. MCD converted a beat up old utility area into a fully functioning in-law / au pair suite complete with a beautiful new full bath and new glass french doors leading out to the back yard. My brother and I recently bought a house together. It is very old and outdated. We searched for a contracted that we felt comfortable with to remodel our bathrooms to start with before we moved on to other items in the house. Maryland Contracting & Design went over and above what we had imagined for our bathrooms. We can't wait to begin the next remodeling project of the kitchen. Very professional company not to mention they kept the project clean at all times.

I am the General Manager of a hotel and unfortunately people usually only take the time to tell you the things they do not like. I would like to take this time to tell you what a pleasure it was to have Maryland Contracting & Design remodel our kitchen. They did an amazing job. The professionalism of the workers was beyond our expectations. Usually dealing with a remodel is agonizing to say the lease, but we couldn't have felt more comfortable during this process because of their team. Not to mention we have the perfect kitchen thanks to them. I would highly recommend them time and time again. Definitely a 5 star company!

We recently had the opportunity to have Maryland Contracting & Design remodel our basement. This was a difficult decision to make as we have family members that our contractors but did not want to mix family with this project. We quickly learned what a great decision it was. They turned what was a storage space for all our junk no one wanted to an amazing place for our family to gather. Couldn't be happier with the turn out. Great job!

Superbly. We had them on multiple occasions and they were always punctual, professional and performed the highest quality workmanship at a reasonable price. They came highly recommended (we saw their work at 2 other homes) and they proved why to us. I would hire them again to do room additions, patio enclosures, remodeling, electrical and anything else I need done at the house. I will definitely recommend to all my friends.
