Description of Work: Malibu has been cleaning our windows for 4-5 years. Two workers clean each window -- inside and outside at the same time, so that any streaks are found and corrected before they move on to the next window.

 + -1 moreThey came when they said they were going to come and were very unobtrusive to my routine, They also were very polite and accommodating. I had three large packages delivered that day by FedEx and they even brought them in. Cheers to Charlie and the two gentlemen.
Description of Work: I had a very small job but Charlie came out because I needed the work done before I had acoustical storm windows put on. The price was fair and the job they did was fantastic. They finished the work in less than two hours. I would highly recommend them and will use them again.

Given their professionalism and fantastic prices, combined with their great customer service skills I decided to have my windows done too. The team from Malibu showed up on time, kindly and knowledgeably addressed all my concerns, and were extremely respectable (I work from home). The work far exceeded my expectations and the house looks amazing!

 + 0 moreHe called back within a day. Arrived when he said he would. Gave me a written estimate and a discount. They arrived for the job on time, wore booties inside the house, and set to work immediately. I had one window that simply could not be cleaned as well as I wanted. He told me that limitation in advance. I was very happy with the end result.
Description of Work: They cleaned the interior and exterior windows and power-washed my house. They were professional and took care to be sure nothing was damaged or messed up inside my house. They really cared that the job was done right and I was happy with the result.
