They came when they said they were going to come and were very unobtrusive to my routine, They also were very polite and accommodating. I had three large packages delivered that day by FedEx and they even brought them in. Cheers to Charlie and the two gentlemen.

Malibu was extremely prompt with providing an estimate for the power washing of my home. While I did not ask for it, they included an additional quote for window cleaning. Given their professionalism and fantastic prices, combined with their great customer service skills I decided to have my windows done too. The team from Malibu showed up on time, kindly and knowledgeably addressed all my concerns, and were extremely respectable (I work from home). The work far exceeded my expectations and the house looks amazing!

He called back within a day. Arrived when he said he would. Gave me a written estimate and a discount. They arrived for the job on time, wore booties inside the house, and set to work immediately. I had one window that simply could not be cleaned as well as I wanted. He told me that limitation in advance. I was very happy with the end result.
