The cleaning aside, I would NEVER use this company nor recommend this company to anybody.  My $4000 wedding band went missing one day this winter while they were cleaning.  I noticed it later that afternoon - after they were gone - so called their office immediately. Unfortunately it was a Friday, & they were already closed for the weekend. When I connected with them on Monday, they were seemingly apologetic, & because I wanted to believe that no one would have the gall to lift something from someone else's home, I tried very hard to give them the benefit of the doubt.  But the reality is, it was a very heavy, solid platinum, men's wedding band & there is no way at all they wouldn't have noticed it if it had simply fallen onto the kitchen floor while they were cleaning as they suggested.  They came back to help me "re-create" the scene of the crime (their idea, not mine) & even then I hoped it would conveniently show up under the fridge or oven.  I had already hired a plumber & knew it was also not lodged in the sink.  In the months that followed, I tore my house upside down looking for the ring knowing all along it was never going to turn up.  I am still losing sleep over this & am absolutely disgusted that anyone would think they have the right to take something that isn't theirs.  It may not have looked like a traditional wedding band - perhaps they thought it only a token silver band - but I have gone without all these months because I simply can't afford to replace it.

They are generally pretty good. They seem very honest.
