I have used Louis Sullivan for several years now for numerous projects. Remodeled family room, installed two bathrooms, new deck, so it wasn't my first experience with this contractor.
Louis came down, looked over my problem with rotting wood on my porch columns. He rebuilt all four of them, painted them white and now they look brand new. I am extremely pleased with his work and my house looks great again.

Completely tore out old deck and installed new supports, framing, decking and railings. Had to reinforce upper deck due to shoddy work by another contractor. Have used Louis Sullivan for numerous projects and have very pleased with all of them.

They are very good and I am pleased with the service. They are always professional and answer all of my questions. The quality of their work is fantastic. They worked very well with me. They took all of my suggestions into consideration and the price was good as well.
