We purchased the weightlifting equipment at regular price and the exercise bike on sale. The store had just sold out of the last of the bikes, but checked online for me and ordered the last one from a nearby store -- good customer service! Store staff were attentive and answered questions, but not pushy. When we realized we were missing a box with part of the weightlifting machine parts, they apologized and ordered them quickly, no problems. They kept us informed as to when items were coming in. I really liked the helpfulness of the staff. The equipment has been fine -- no problems. The weightlifting machine is a great piece of equipment for a decent price, in particular.
