Great crew of guys, kept me well informed about job as it proceeded. They came on time, did great worked and cleaned up well everyday. They took great care to protect my floors and walls too. Loved the attention to detail, the trim work was very well done and both the inside and outside look great. Part of the job was done while we were out of town and I had no concerns about giving them the key. Pricing was under the estimate they gave me, even though I added some little extras. Plan to use them again if I need any more work.

Two men came and removed the old truss and very neatly replaced the piece of wood. They were excellent! I was on a time concern due to selling my house. They came very quickly and everything was ready for the walk through. Very good experience!!

We had built the first part of our house modular and were extremely unhappy with the contractors the modular company provided. We decided to do the second part and quot;stick-builtand quot;. Lauer provided accurate quotes and extremely professional work. I cannot say enough about the quality and the efforts they made to accommodate changes. Yes - we went over budget but that was all our additions and upgrades. Lauer was more than willing to work with us on the final payments. I would recommend them to anyone. The price may be a bit higher than others out there but EVERYTHING is done correctly the first time with great attention to detail.

They are very professional. They are willing to work with the customer at any cost. They are always available for questions and to meet the needs of the customer. I would hire them again.
