Latham Electrical Construction

Bob Latham is the owner of the company. I can?t say enough about their professionalism. They are probably the only bright spot in the building of the house that took over a year. They had come in and given us a proposal. We had signed up on the proposal and they did exactly what we requested, and followed up with us throughout. There were no hidden agendas or fees on their part like some people have. Bob is extremely honest and had no problem in coming up to us and saying what they would do and what the fee would be. They do all the work regardless of what it takes after they take the fee, and don?t charge us additionally for any extra work. I think that is admirable. They are slightly highly priced, but since there are no hidden fees I think it?s worth it.
