Great! I recently purchased my first home through Bay Capital and had a great experience working with Jason and his team during the process. They made home buying an easy and quick process. Jason was extremely helpful and responsive to all my questions and I would highly recommend him and Bay Capital to any home buyers in the Annapolis area.

My husband and I are first time homebuyers and found Jason through our realtor. He and his team were so helpful throughout the entire process. They took extra care to make sure we knew the whats and whys at every step of the way. We didn't actually meet until our settlement (most of our buying process, we were still living out of state) but that didn't affect us at all because of Jason's wonderful help. He's also extremely proficient in VA loans and what is required to process them, which was helpful to us as well. I've heard horror stories of mortgage lenders being cold-hearted and money-hungry -- we're so thankful that Jason was the complete opposite. He made the whole home-buying process as smooth, easy, and exciting as possible. You can tell he really cares about his clients and will do whatever it takes to make them 100% happy. You won't regret working with him; because we definitely don't!

Fantastic experience! Provided a VA loan for a house in Maryland while I still lived in Tampa, FL and they could not have made it any easier. It was easily handled through emails, texts and phone calls. They were always available to talk (thanks Jason!) and they explained everything as thorough as I needed. I even went behind their back with the final loan paperwork before signing and gave it to my uncle who did mortgages for 30yrs and he in turn had his team review the final paperwork...the results were that I was getting a great deal and everything was drawn up perfectly. I recommend them to everyone in need of a loan.

I met Jason in 2010, when the wonderful lady who works with out taxes, suggested I speak to him, about refinancing our mortgage to a lower rate. That first time was easy, thorough, and Jason found us a great deal, and made a friend. We liked the process so much, we did it again 2 years later, for a rock bottom mortgage. I'd do it again, but I don't think we could get anything lower! So, we just referred about 5 friends to him, and continue to sing his praises whenever the opportunity comes up. Jason Nader and his team are hands down the best at what they do. I have used them three times for a purchase or refinance and every time its easy, fast and a great terms.
