Arrived as expected.....too early to tell if the treatment is working but we have used them in the past with good results.

They were prompt = on time. Pleasant to both myself the consumer and co-workers. They were professional and qualified to perform all services and work with all products. (Alonzo was one of the staff members.)

Do not use them if you are concerned about the cleanup!

The gentleman who showed up was very professional. He dressed very nicely and wore booties in our home. He was really thorough in explaining all the instances that he found, old and current damages, and what we might do to keep an eye on it in the future.

They were very friendly and courteous, and they seemed to know what they were doing. However, both times he didn't bring his own ladder. It wasn't a big deal, because I had my own ladder, but the unpreparedness had the appearance of unprofessionalism. I also thought the price was a bit steep for such a simple procedure. Still, I'd probably use them again.

They are excellent! They usually give you a call a few days before they come out. I've used them for the last 3 years, and I use them for quarterly service. They are very good. I haven't found anything yet, which is the point of health control. If I need someone to come out besides quarterly, they will send someone right out. They are always professional, they are prompt and very friendly.

Home Paramount provides quarterly service for my house in Baltimore. They have always been professional, courteous and available in between regular service calls if I have specific pest issues.

Repr. was pleasant and on time (in fact early, which), seemed technically capable. She (Sarah Gorczyca) called prior to her scheduled appointment and requested an early arrival. Appointment was scheduled from 15:00=18:00 hrs on 27jun13-TH. She called at 13:16 in order to request and arrange her early arrival.
She arrived at 14:00 hrs and complete her evaluation at 14:24, requested my signature and advised that no sign of Termites was discovered. No fee was request and no fee was paid!
Estimate appearing on the invoice #760261 Acct.# 139603 indicates a fee of $156.00 for this annual inspection.
Ms. Gorczyca was very prompt and pleasant and I hope effective in her review of my home's current condition based on her inability to locate any sign of Termite infestation, etc. !
I suggested that she invest in a portable pepper spray for her future protection!

Technician arrived early, I walked with him and went over what needed to be done. He then injected the termite preventer in to the ground.

I used them 10 years ago when I lived in Virginia. I am pretty happy with their services. I think they have always been pretty straightforward and honest. I knew he did a thorough spraying the first time because the ants started coming into the kitchen because he hit the nest outside so he knew what he was doing. The house hadn't been lived in for a while. The price is probably average. It is expensive for pest control.

They are entirely organic and green, which I think is great. I signed up for a year and I was pretty happy with them. They do have a pretty fast turnover of employees so I was constantly getting new technicians. They were able to get rid of my ants and mice and did a thorough inspection to make sure that I do not have any termites. They call ahead of time and leave a message with a possible service date. They call before they arrive and are always prompt.

They are a reliable company. The technicians are trained and qualified. They expedite the treatments on a continuing basis.

Overall, the experience was very good. The technician was friendly, very helpful and gave good advice about the problem.

I find them to be very good, since we've been using them our mice have been under control. It's just been really good for us that we haven't had the mice running around us.

We have a regular plan. We pay $300 annually and $90 a quarter. If we have a problem with something, we call them and they come out. They always show up when they say they are going to. They always give us notice before they come. They are very responsive if we call with an extra problem, they get somebody out right away. They are all very nice. It seems to be very stable employment because we've had the same guy that has been coming for quite a while. That's good because he is familiar with us and the house.

I have had no problems with them and I will continue to use them in the future.

It's going okay. Sometimes they don't call when they're coming, so I have to get on them from time to time. There was also a mix up with my membership. It got cancelled without my knowing.

We have had a service contract with this company for many years. They are generally prompt and responsive and do a good job. The pest control service is fairly frequent with a termite inspection once a year or so. Recently, however, the company told us we broke our agreement with them because we added a foyer to our home. This supposedly broke the termite barrier which had been placed at the perimeter years ago. We were told we would have to pay a fee to reinstall the barrier. We are not happy with this situation.

I've seen their commercials for years, so because I was disenchanted with my pest control company at the time and that contract was up for renewal, I thought I'd give Home Paramount a call. They indicated that they could service both my primary home and vacation cabin under the same umbrella, indicating that they could provide a deep discount over what it would cost to do each separately. The cabin is in the woods, so it definitely needed termite prevention; my main home is probably not in danger of termites, but why not be safe. The sales representative showed up on time. He drove over 2 hours to visit me in my home. We reviewed the pricing and the service levels, and I ended up signing on the spot. I do find that the pest control portion of the contract for the cabin is very overpriced, but the fact that it is in the middle of nowhere makes it tough to argue. The techs showed up to do the work within the alotted time window, and did a great job at the main house. When I went out to the cabin to check the work there, I found that they'd not put the termite bait stations around the poles for my deck like they did at my main house, and I found several bait stations that had not been buried properly - they were just lying on the ground. I called my sales guy, and he had a tech out to the cabin the next day to install the bait stations correctly. While they're certainly not the cheapest game in town, I've been very impressed with their customer service and the quality of their work so far. They cover a wide range of insects that my previous company wouldn't. For example, they cover bees and wasps. With my previous company, I had to knock wasp nests down myself all summer. With Home Paramount, one call and they'll come out and do that for me.

We are not very pleased with them. They came out initially for the problem last summer and we had to sign a contract that lasts a year. The contract was expensive and with that they come out every three or four months and do an application around our house. Every few months they send their supervisor out for an inspection. When they come every three or four months they charge around $99 on top of what we already had to pay. In our opinion it was a complete rip-off. We didn't know what they were spraying and when the supervisor came out to look for problems he told us that he thought we had carpenter ants and wanted us to pay an additional $400 for treatment for that. My husband looked into it a little bit and we don't believe we have carpenter ants at all. The area in question is completely dry and doesn't have any sign of any water damage or anything. We don't know if it was misdiagnosed or what. Overall we are very unhappy with this company. The thing we do like is the technicians that come out have been nice and professional. This is the supervisor guy that we are less than pleased with. We called them out originally because we had a problem with mice and that has been cleared up but basically all they did was put down some glorified mousetraps, which we could have probably done ourselves. They did come when they said they would. We have to use them until July and we have to cancel in writing or it would be automatically renewed. We are sure they think most people will forget about it and it will renew. After the contract expires we will not use them in the future. Our real problem has been with the supervisor and wanting more money on top of what we had already paid.
