Outstanding.
Very labor intensive repair to tooth-in wood flooring.

The employees at the store were knowledgeable, helpful, and professional.
What they failed to communicate until there was a problem is that the tile installers were outside contractors not employees of the company.
When a problem arose with the first pair of tile mechanics they sent to do the job, Foxwell?s comment was,
?Well, this isn?t an exact science.?
They did arrange for another tile mechanic, and he was wonderful. But his schedule was so busy that it was two month later before the
job was completed.
I recommend that if you decide to use this merchant to supply and install your floor or bath that either they warrant in writing that the
installers will be their employees, or that penalties are built into the contract for non-performance within a specified time period.
