Evolutions Body Clinic

The staff at Evolutions is friendly, professional and incredibly helpful.  They know their business and greet the members by name.  The facility is always clean and all of the equipment is in working order at all times.  There is a huge array of classes offered at all times of the day.  I can't say enough positive about Evolutions.

What he likes about them is they're laid back and there's always room in the weight room and it has a studio feel to it. It's a nice place for couples to work out in. The facility is very new and clean. The staff is approachable and he recommends their facility to others.

I think they are fantastic. Like I said, I have a trainer that I have used three times a week for five years. His name is Michael Sallustio; he is a personal trainer and also a nutritionist. The trainers are wonderful. I've also used their massage services and they are wonderful. And they also have a number of classes but I don't use them because I do weight lifting. They gave me a lifetime membership to the gym because I use a personal trainer.

I used them after my surgery, they were referred to be my doctor, and I loved it and I am trying to go back. It is small enough that you are not overwhelmed but it is big enough that they have all kinds of equipment that one would need and classes. My doctor recommended them for kind of like a physical therapy to build up the muscles in my midsection, my trainer was Morin Damons, and I absolutely love her. The first meeting was a consultation on what were my goals as far as seeing her after surgery and so forth. My doctor recommended her because she had helped other people who had the same surgical procedure that I did. She was able to ask what were my goals, what I liked about working out and what I did not like, and she was able to take the things that I told her and apply in our workouts, so that it made it enjoyable. She takes her time with me, she goes over the exercises and makes sure that I am not pushing myself too hard or at least push me enough that I felt comfortable and it wasn't painful. She was very cordial and was always exited to see me coming. The staff at the gym was amazing, they got to the point where they knew by names and so they would say hi to me, and they would say hi to my son. They have childcare in the premises so I didn't have to worry about that aspect while I worked out. It is small enough that it has a very comfortable, personal feel, and it is large enough that they have the personal training area and spa as well. It is a pretty full service.

It was a two-week every-day program. I really liked the gym and the people so I continued going. The people and trainers in the classes are very helpful and flexible in making modifications for me. There are different levels of membership so you can choose what you want and pay for only those services. I go to a lot of their classes and really enjoy them. It's a pretty classy place as well.

They treat it as more of a health experience rather than a gym experience. They ahve all the usual things that a health club has but they have a set of weights that are connected to a computer. They have a number of massage therapists, nutritionists, chiropractor, and acupuncturist.
