A home inspector is someone trained in Home Inspections. Our inspectors are more than that, EHI inspectors are professionals that have built the homes we now inspect. With over 27 years of experience in the design and build of single and multi-family homes along with certifications in almost all disciplines, you can rest assured that our inspector will provide you the proper introduction to your new home or business, putting you in a better position to be able to make an educated decision when buying or selling. Our customer's know that we don't take that responsibility lightly. We show up with the right tools to properly inspect the roof, the foundation, the pool, the grounds as well as all of the home's systems. We run all appliances, we take the electrical panel apart and much, much more. We do the entire inspection with you along side demonstrating the results of our findings right then and there. Afterwards a detailed report full of pictures and suggestions is emailed to you and your Real Estate team. Everyday Home Inspections knows you need your inspection fast, that is why we inspect 7 Days a week. We are Certified, Licensed, Insured and Guaranteed!
