I called this company out to deal with squirrels in my attic. The technicians said the squirrels had run out when they came upstairs and sealed off the areas where they had originally come in. After they left I heard a squirrel gnawing for hours in the attic. I called the company and they came back two days later after the squirrel chewed a very large hold in the side of my roof. They installed an exclusion cage and promised to come back to take it down. I didn't receive any follow up so called two weeks later to remind the company that the job was incomplete. The technicians came back, removed the cage, and to "fix" the large hole they put up a piece of white material (metal?) which looked extremely ugly. I called to ask them to correct the issue by either sending someone out to put up a piece of siding which matched or refund some of the money paid so I could hire a handyman to fix the hole; they refused.
