We purchased a new home in Arnold, MD and had the idea to refinish our floors just one week before moving in. While the tight timeline was nearly impossible, we reached out to Elite Hardwood Flooring to see if there was any chance of getting this done. The team mobilized quickly and Mike immediately came to do an assessment of the flooring and needs at our place. The team made themselves available to start work the next day and finished before move in. The quality of the job was exceptional and I am forever grateful to the team for their responsiveness and dedication to quality- even when working on a tight timeline. The employees tried their best to do what they needed to do, but they were often held up/couldn’t do what they needed to do, since the supplies weren’t correct. Everything ultimately went well in theend, however, it did take them longer than initially thought.
