 + -1 moreWe have purchased 3 houses with Wanda in the Annapolis area, and would not consider using any other realtor. In particular, acquiring the house we just purchased was a headache from start to finish (we attribute this to the aged seller who lives remotely and the clueless seller's realtor). Wanda was a fierce advocate for us as the buyers, and she leveraged her contacts in helping us make sure we knew what we were buying and how to address the issues that were identified.
Description of Work: Wanda Melton of EKB Realty provided real estate services for us as we purchased a new home in Annapolis. She showed us properties off and on for 5 years, and helped us acquire the house that was "the house" for us. Wanda kept us abreast of the situation as different issues cropped up, working very closely with the title company and her other professional contacts to get estimates and expert opinions. She helped us find a mortgage company that provided the best deal, and when we experienced problems on that end she got on the phone and started hunting for other mortgage providers that could help us, get us a good deal, and still make the closing date!
