They usually come out in the Spring. Flexible scheduling and they'll come out n weekend if need be so that's good. They apply spray around the perimeter of the house and then they check inside for any evidence of termites. We have used them for many years and they're prompt and their price is reasonable.

We wanted this taken care ASAP and called several pest control companies. Most offered to come out in a few days. The friendly and helpful woman who answered the phone at Economy also offered an appointment for the next week, but when I told her we would be going out of town, she worked with the technician to rearrange his schedule. Victor arrived right on time the next day and set out the bait boxes. He said he would come by in a few days to check them while we were gone. If this doesn't take care of the problem, I feel very comfortable continuing to work with the folks at Economy.

They come out on a quarterly basis to check and make sure I am not having any pest problems.

Ron was punctual, knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient.   The $215.00 rate covers first treatment.  Quarterly service is then $75.00/visit.   Good experience.  I recommend this company for pest control services.

They were able to compeltely diagnose and treat the problem. We haven't had any problems since then. Theyw ere very professional. They explained what they were doing and were very prompt.

Technician (Nova) arrived early and was in a company truck.  He was professional and explained what he was going to do.  He was mindful of dirt and used the back door to go in and out of the basement.  Technician didn't waste time and the the entire appointment was under one (1) hour.  He was patient with all my questions regarding chemicals and he was very knowledgeable.  I highly recommend this company and Nova and would use again.

They were fantastic. They came out and did a free inspection. They gave me some good information. They told me there were no termites and I had no problem with that. I appreciated their honesty. They gave me a written statement that there were no termites. I felt as though they were honest, prompt and helpful.

The receptionist was very rude and contentious when I called the office to ask why the technician was running late.  However, the owner called me back and explained the situation which I appreciated.  We rescheduled the service, and the technician did arrive on time and was very polite.

They have been pretty good. I like their price, they live up to their name.

I recently purchased a home where Economy had to provide a termite certification when a support beam on the deck had termite damage.  To make things easy, I called Economy to schedule quarterly visits to prevent future termite damage and general pest prevention as we had a number of spiders in the house when we first moved in.  Although everyone was very courteous at Economy, there was a general lack of communication that we just could not overcome so I'll be using a new pest control company.  When the technician came out he sprayed around the outside of the house and on the first floor but did not conduct any termite preventative and he never sprayed up in the attic on the second floor.  I called after the service appointment and asked for clarification on whether future quarterly visits would include a termite preventative and whether they could also spray in the attic since that is where the spiders are coming in from.  The lady I spoke to on the phone informed me that I was not scheduled for any quarterly visits and when I referred her to my service agreement that contained boxes checked for quarterly inspection and service treatment she said that these were just "recommendations." When I asked about termite prevention she said that my contract allows for a yearly inspection and if they find any evidence of termites they will treat then.  When I pushed back and asked if there was a way to prevent termites rather than just treat for termites she referred me back to the contract that allows for the  yearly inspection.  Rather than argue merits of prevention versus treatment and since apparently I'm not on a quarterly service contract, I'll be looking for another pest control company.

I would recommend Economy Pest Control and use their services again.

I’ve used them for years and they are amazing. The gentleman who came last time was very thorough and climbed under house. He explained everything that he found there, so I was really pleased with his thoroughness and he made sure I knew what he talked. They are always punctual. I would use them again in the future.

They were on time. They did exactly what they said and didn't overcharge me and didn't try to upsell.

I found out about them through neighbors years ago.  They were replaced by another company, but, we didn't like them.  We have been with them through many life's, including our old house, maybe 3-4 years.  Professionalism depends upon who comes.  If the same guy comes, who is our guy, he is cool, and the other one, is average, so, it depends upon who comes.  We always use the same guy and he's really good.  Our guy is great, but, if the other one comes, he's just not that interested.  The price is average.  Overall, the quality of the service is an A.  I'm basing the grade upon the one guy I like.  We have a quarterly contract.  I will continue to use them in the future. 

They are outstanding and I have a policy with them so I pay $80 a year. I would use them again in the future.

I got them through Angie’s List. My overall experience with them was good. I would rate them highly in all aspects except for their price.

They are dependable.  I haven’t had any problems with them.  They did what they said they would do and they’ve taken care of things.  I haven’t had any problems.  The quality of work was fine and there were no problems.  Their responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism were very good.  I will use them again in the future.

We have used them for 6 years. They come when they say they are going to come. They are pleasant and polite. We have not had any problems. They seem to do a good job of treating whatever might be a problem.
