It was okay -- not great, but okay -- until the first designer we used moved out of the area and was replaced by a new designer. The new designer had an attitude from the outset, clearly felt that supervising the installation and dealing with any issues that arose were an imposition. For example, we wanted acoustic cloth covering the openings in the audio cabinet doors, but she claimed that she couldn't find any such thing and didn't know how to install it. So, we simply went on line, ordered the cloth and delivered it to her. Her installation was so poor that I had to uninstall and do it myself. Similarly, the installation of the kitchen cabinetry was incomplete or incorrect, but the new designer insisted that it wasn't her responsibility. When we complained to the owner of Design Solutions via email, we never even received a response. All in all, a bad experience and a firm we would never use again.
