 + -1 moreI brought 5 oil paintings in to be framed. They measured, priced and we agree to the time to be 4 weeks. I thought 4 weeks was a too long a time to wait, but agreed to it anyway. Five weeks later I telephoned them to ask when I could pick up the paintings, a week longer than they promised. But they had not even started the job! Who knows how long it would have taken, so I demanded my money and unframed paintings back. They did refund the money I paid in advance, since they required 100% payment at the time I brought the paintings into their shop. I then brought the paintings to another framing shop and they did it in a little over a week. I recommend against using Creating Impressions in Annapolis, MD.
