Great! Scheduling was easy; repairman called ahead and showed up promptly. He was courteous, professional, and worked efficiently--removed the old fan and installed the new one and replaced 4 smoke detectors in 2.5 hours, including a quick trip to pick up an adaptor for the fan (I had purchased the fan on my own; he supplied the smoke detectors). A big plus in my book--he used a drop cloth to catch the dust from cutting the drywall and cleaned up afterwards.

They were here a couple of years ago.  The gentlemen that came checked everything that we needed checked out and he was very personable.  He seemed professional and competent.

This is not my first experience with Cook, nor will it be my last. 
They are very professional and care about the work they do. As a matter of fact, Dan stopped by on his way home to make sure the work was completed to his specifications.

I called Cook Electric to schedule my service.  Carol was pleasant and scheduled my service appointment for the same day despite it being a messy day weather wise with snow causing traffic snarls.  The electrician arrived promptly and performed the job. He came with his own drop cloth so as to not track snow and slush into my home.  No complaints.

Great service! Showed up on  time, quickly identified what was wrong and fixed it in just a few minutes.

Norman was punctual, professional and friendly.  Work was done quickly and efficiently.  Had I known has inexpensive and hassle free the service was -- we wouldn't have gone so long without making the repairs!

He made excellent suggestions.  I picked out the center fixture and the bathroom fixtures. Called him andhe was here in a day or two and finished in half a day.

Cook actually came out twice to race the problem and replace an electric line to a nonfunctioing light switch in an older section of my house (1928). They had to crawl into a very tight, long, and dark crawlspacemto accomplish the task. Polite and worked in a reasonable time manner.

Quick estimate. Emailed the estimate and set a date to perform work the next week. Showed up on time. Took longer than expected, but the work was excellent.

Tim arrived right on time and was very professional throughout the time he was in our home.
He kept me informed as the work was performed and gave me some FYI concerning our new lighting.
He cleaned up the work area and removed all the old fixtures.
We aksi duscussed some possible future work I might have done.

Nothing in particular to refer them to others as they were available.  I would use them again in the future.

We were very pleased with the service from making the appointment, getting an estimate, and the job itself.  Norman did a professional job and it was nice working with him.  The job required some coordination with two other contractors and Cook Electric worked with us to make sure that we could have Norman come at the right time during phase two of the job.  We will definitely consider them the next time we need more electrical work done.

We were putting in heavy cables and new breaker boxes in a few apartments.  They bid the job and started as soon as the materials were available.  Worked diligently until completion and cleaned up every day.  Sent them the final check upon electrical permit clearance.  Neede a couple of minorr item looked at and they came over immediately.
I am very satisfied with the work and dealing with all of the personnel.

I had a great experience with them. I have used a lot of electricians but I would grade them highly. They came promptly and did the work. I just wanted to have the work done and they gave me a better price than many others who I have used for similar work. Their price was very good.

Arrived on time. Worked consistently for the entire time he was at the house. Did exactly what was asked and had some difficult fixtures to work with. The previous owners had done a lot of the work themselves and it was not "electrician" quality.

They did an excellent job. The people sent were very knowledgeable and friendly.
