+ 1 moreExcellent experience and high quality work. Several contractor friends have since been to my house and commented on the solid, quality job that Dave and his crews did. Dave was very helpful with his suggestions to improve what I envisioned, and I'm very glad I listened to him. His crews were punctual, very professional, and cleaned the site each day. Dave was always on site to check progress. I wish I could bring Conte Construction out of state with us to build a house if/when we move!
Description of Work: Garage addition with room above, deck, walkway, breezeway.

+ 1 moreWhen we first discussed the 1200 square foot addition, I was told it would take 30-45 days to complete the project. I had done contracting work in the past and laughed out loud at the time estimate. After going through the permitting, which was made difficult due to proximity to the water, Dave had a crew there within 3 days. He showed up with a couple guys to dig the footers. I asked where is the heavy machinary. Response 'I don't like bringing in equipement on remodels, it makes too much mess in the yard'. They started digging at 8:00 am, when I had returned home at 6 pm, the footers were inspected and poured. I began thinking, he wasn't kidding about 30-45 days. It took 40 days to finish the project. We love our new addition and recommond Dave to anyone interested in building.
Description of Work: Constructed an addition to an existing cottage. Built a custom addition with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and living space. Provided site engineering reference and home design contractor. Did all the construction from materials, labor, inspectors and site clean-up.
