Ceramic Tile Service, Carpet Cleaning
They didn't show up the day they were supposed to. When they did show up they did not remove all the grout, just simply tried to put new grout over old grout.(I did not find this out until after the grout dried and I cleaned the floor for the first time). After many calls and complaints, they came back and fixed some of the floor, but not all. They never returned to seal the grout (which was included in the price). I paid up front using a check, which was a mistake.
