City is a pleasure to deal with. Got two estimates when it came time to replace the cover, and although they were higher, they matched the other company's price. They always come when they say they will, and always leave the work area neat and clean. The new cover fits very well and looks great. Karen at City (she answers the phone most days) is a pleasure to deal with. She always remembers me, even though I only talk to her once a year!

Screens were cut to small and ripped. They refuse to acknowledge and correct their mistake and want $500 to fix/replace the screens. Totally unacceptable.

Installation was good and service was prompt... HOWEVER... the screens were cut to small and therefore installed too tight and they ripped. When we called to have them fixed/replaced, they told us the damage was not their fault and wanted $500 to fix the screens. We asked another awning company to look at them and they unequivocally stated the screens were cut too short and pulled to tight as a result. The added pressure caused the ripping. City Awning refused to acknowledge their mistake. Buyer Beware.
