Chief Handyman

Great. I've used Chief multiple times over the years and he has always done quality work at a reasonable price.

Tom responded immediately to my email inquiry and set up a time a day or two later to stop by the house to see what work needed to be performed.  Was upfront about what he could and could not do and was willing to try to install the solar powered attic vents, which he hadn't done before.  He provided a professional, detailed quote a day later. 



Due to the cold, wet winter, we pushed the vent install to warmer spring weather.  In the meantime, he installed the toilets.  We had Tom return after the electrical work to provide an estimate for the ceiling/drywall patching, and the work was completed within a few days of that visit.  I had to leave the house to pick up my son from preschool and felt very comfortable leaving Tom in the house to finish the work and lock the door behind when he left.



I am sure we will continue to have odd jobs around the house that are beyond the skill/time availability of my husband and myself, and look forward to hiring Tom (a  military veteran) again.
