CENTURY 21

The particular agent we used was very good. Century 21 was recommended to me by my bank. I hesitate to give anyone perfect scores. We would use this particular office again if we needed to.

We have worked with many agents in the past and appreciated Tracey's continued professionalism, patience, knowledge and resources as we looked at over 100 houses in over nine months before finally settling on a choice.
She was responsive to a fault; no matter what time of day or night I sent her a text message or email with a question or new listing discovery, she responded, including more than a handful of times at 2 or 3 or 4 in the morning. I wouldnt recommend contacting her then just because I know she is likely to respond rather than sleep but she sure spoiled us with her unrelenting willingness to respond and to help us to discover what we needed to know about properties were were considering.
We chose to work with Tracey because she stayed in the background and responded to our needs but did not try to push us to purchase something that was not a good fit for her. We are not comfortable working with pushy agents or with agents who don't listen. Tracey was incredibly professional and intelligent in her manner.
Tracey is highly knowledgeable about the extended area and neighborhoods, and is a great resource for local information, real estate related or not. She also have several real estate search websites that simplify the search for residential and rental properties throughout the region.

Century 21 helped me to purchase a new home when I moved here. I was assigned a real estate agent by USAA. My agent was Carol. I did not pay them for services, that was taken care of on the sellers side. I had a good experience with Century 21.
