Gutter Cleaning
I was able to get Mr. Armaza on the phone quickly. Although he seemed interested in doing the work (gutter cleaning), when he finally arrived at my door, he did not have a ladder and could not give me an estimate. I was on the phone with him at least 10 times giving him directions to my house, but he didn't follow the directions. He didn't really listen to me. He talked about renting a ladder from a hardware store. I could have done that.

Terrific. Mr. Armaza is a perfectionist. He goes above and beyond. He works diligently. This is a second job for him so he has to work around his full time job but for a part time handy man service, he does great work. Very conscientious.
