"We were told to use the smoke detectors that you already had and you informed us that it was not necessary to do work in certain areas that had minor drywall issues. This was an insurance project and we did all of the work that we were contracted to do. You specifically requested us to utilize existing fixtures, etc. in order to save money. We are sorry you feel that our work was unsatisfactory, but the review you left is not entirely factual or accurate."
