I purchased 8 window balancers from Anderson Windows for 4 of my 23 year old Anderson windows (2 per window) because 2 windows wouldn't stay open and the side strings or sashes in the other 2 windows were pulled out and would soon not stay open either. I wasn't able to find anyone on Angie's List who would replace these balancers so I called an Angie's List window screen repair company who fortunately referred me to Broadneck Glass & Shower. I phoned them and they came out the next day to replace the balancers. I had watched the You Tube video on how to replace them but it looked difficult. Little did I know that the job was actually much more difficult than the video portrayed. Broadneck Glass knew exactly what to do and replaced all 8 balancers in less than 2 hours. We were very impressed and consider ourselves lucky to find them. We highly recommend them.
