The team at Brilliant Title was on top of each issue as it cropped up, and ensured that we understood our options for each decision needed in the arduous process of buying this particular house. We really appreciated the "extra mile" service we received from this company.
Description of Work: Brilliant Title provided title insurance and closing services for the house we just purchased. The house in question was an older home with an older seller who has not lived in the house for some time. Brilliant Title walked us through the closing process, coordinating site surveys and boundary surveys, and answering all our questions about the encroachment that was found.
