 + -1 moreI called several times to discuss the mulch delivery. My call was returned once and then no other responses. This year, I again contacted Bay Ridge Nursery, first by email (I never received a reply) and then in person. We spoke with the manager who promised to look into the matter and get back to us. We never heard from them again. They have shown a complete disregard for customer service.
Description of Work: Last year, I received a gift certificate for $50 to the Bay Ridge Nursery. I spoke to someone at Bay Ridge about purchasing mulch for delivery and left the gift certificate with the nursery as pre-payment.
