Service was excellent. They were prompt, friendly, thorough and they answered all our questions.

Technician missed leak in the system and extensive mold in the air handler, which was noticed 2.5 weeks later by 2 mold remediation specialists. When I called to ask about it; the manager spent a lot of time giving me excuses of what could have happened. Eventually, he offered to come and check the system himself, and said he would call later that day to schedule it. Never called.

I didn't hear from them for at least 3 weeks from the time I paid and scheduled online using their website.  After they finally contacted me and came out I would say that their service was average.

Moved into a new house and within one week the furnace stopped igniting reliably.  Home inspector had identified need for service and this was done by the seller by another local firm.  After we moved in the gas furnace stopped firing up reliably.  Called Bay Heating and Cooling and they arrived the next morning and determined that furnace burners needed cleaning at a minimum and probably replacement and furnace motor had a bad bearing.  They replaced the burner and ordered the blower motor.  When the tech  came back to replace the blower, he discovered that there was significant internal corrosion behind the motor. He reinstalled the old motor and quickly ordered replacement parts.  Furnace has run perfectly since.  The repair was not cheap and should have been done before we closed on the house.  However, it was absolutely needed. (I inspected the damaged and corroded parts personally.)  All work was done promptly and well and parts were procured quickly.  Grade A service in December.

I was very happy with the service that Bay Heating provided. The tech was very polite and prompt, he went over everything he did.  He went over the bill with us and gave us infomation about our system I was not aware of and showed me additional functions my system is capable of.  

I was very happy with the service provided by Bay Heating & Cooling.  They arrived within the estimated time frame and was quick to diagnose the problem.  The service technician was very professional and polite, he was knowledgable and explained exactly what the problem was and how he fixed it. I would definetly use Bay Heating & Cooling in the future and feel confident in them to refer my friends and family.
