Freddie came and cleaned my gutters. I had used him last year. On both occasions an appointment had been set and he came when he wanted to without a phone call. The first time it rained after the service was completed, I noticed that my downspout had come loose from my front gutter. I contacted Freddie about the issue. He would not agree to come back to address the problem. In addition he was rude and defensive stating that he did not cause the problem. Regardless of the cause, refusing to return to address the problem is poor service.
