 + -1 moreExcellent. Office manager was friendly and professional. Dispatched technician next. morning. Technician was knowledgeable and professional. He had to condemn our ancient furnace for a gas leak. Also found coolant leaks. New unit was available quickly. Due to unseasonably cold temeratures, company owner, Chuck Eaton arranged for installation on a SATURDAY, which is not a normal installation. Owner personally came out on Friday to ensure all materials were on hand so there would be no installation glitches on a Saturday when suppliers might be close. Owner personally supervised the installation. Couldn't have asked for a better, faster or more professional service.

The quality of his work was exceptional. He offered suggestions to keep our oil burner in optimal condition which was very much appreciated. Doing business with this company was an enjoyable experience. We wholeheartedly recommend Barston & Sons.
Description of Work: Removed and replaced old flue pipe due to rust; checked/inspected furnace operation, tuning to manufactures specs; installed assembly for condensation line; installed sealant at coil drain opening.
