Nick is phenomenal - he knows Audis and other imports inside out and is much more reasonable than a dealer would be. he runs a first class operation and I have been to him multiple times in the last 3 years. I would recommend him without hesitation.

They are great and I would recommend them to anyone. I have an Audi and the warranty is over so, going to the dealer would be very expensive. The mechanic here was extremely honest because I wanted to get front and the rear breaks changed, but he told me that my rear breaks are fine and I do not have to change that. He had already given me the quotes for both the breaks and I had approved it. If he wanted he could have taken advantage to make money, but he did not do that which was really very impressive. I have recommended them to others and would recommend them to anyone.

Both my husband and I were referred by a friend to this particular auto service garage owned by Nick and his father Vodek. They specialize in foreign cars, especially makes from Germany and Japan. We have been extremely satisfied with their service and price in repairing our VW Jetta and Subaru wagon in the past. This is a story about how they fixed a mistake they made on my Subaru Legacy wagon. They did a typical oil and filter change. However, we noticed some days later that more than a little oil from the Subaru leaking onto our driveway. My husband discovered that the bolt underneath my car accessing the oil tank was not tightened properly and probably the cause of the leak. This was today, July 4th. We left a message on their answering machine and figured we'd either buy more oil and ask Auto Repair Center International to foot the bill or not drive the car and wait until Nick and his father were back from the July 4th holiday. A few hours later, Nick called us back to our surprise. He had happened to come into his office to check on something and found our phone message. He then came over to our house with more oil and checked to make sure everything was tight. Not all mechanics would interrupt their holiday to check on a client's car. We have always been impressed in how they explain what is wrong with the car and how they go about fixing it. They are much more reasonable than a regular dealership and have already saved me hundreds of dollars that I would have paid otherwise, by going with a more pragmatic approach, rather than needlessly replacing everything, as the dealership would have me do.
