Steve came to our home, took the back off the TV, pulled a circuit board, and fixed our problem. Just like that. And we have a 90-day guarantee. This happened yesterday. If any problems develop I'll update my review.

1-800-SAMSUNG referred us to Arundel TV & Video. I called and the phone was answered by Steve Bavis. I described the problem and suggested that it might be due to the faulty capacitor issue with Samsung flat screens as described on the internet. Steve was at our home within a few hours. Together, we removed the set from its wall mount. He disassembled the unit and found some connections where the factory soldering had failed. He resoldered these connections and the unit worked perfectly. No capacitor or any other parts were required. Together we remounted the set. Steve even helped me adjust our wall mount to better position the set, add a cable to connect an antenna, and reboot the Verizon set top box that is part of our home theater system that drives this screen.

He was kind and informative. Diagnostics took a couple of days. He had to order the part needed so the whole deal took about 2 weeks. The timeframe wasn't ideal but I would take this option any day over paying for a brand new tv. Pricing was more than fair.

It went great. I took the circuit board to Steve, he replaced the capacitor, and we were done. Technicians like Steve are worth their weight in gold!

Steve was great. I contacted him on Saturday and he had my set working like New by Tuesday. He was upfront with what to expect, and delivered as promised. His pricing was more than fair, especially in comparison to the big box stores.

Called Mr. Bavis on a Saturday morning, explained the problem with the TV, and he diagnosed it over the phone. He was in our home four hours later servicing the TV. He rebuilt the control board, which completely solved the problem we were having. He was efficient and professional, and we would not hesitate to call him again in the future.

Steve answered the phone on July 4 and came on July 5 as we agreed to. He was punctual, efficient, and professional.

I called Arundel TV at 9:15 in the morning and they were at my home by noon on the same day. The television was fixed in 10 minutes. We were veryhappy with the results. They were very professional.

Our TV went black and wouldn't turn on at all. Since Steve replaced the power supply (and related electronics), the TV has been working ever since! We appreciated that he was able to come to our home to fix the TV on site.

He was very professional, friendly, and cleaned up after himself when he was finished.

Went through a very thorough and detailed trouble shooting process that took a few weeks (parts had to be ordered, delivered, tried, and sent back when they didn't fix the problem). Finally determined problem was in the screen and it would cost more to fix than the TV than it was worth. So, he recycled it for me.

I called Steve with Arundel TV and Video on Thursday at 10am and he was at my home the following day by 2pm fixing our LG 47and quot; LCD. Steve was quick and courteous showing the knowledge you would expect when you call a professional. He asked a couple of questions over the phone along with the model number and when he showed up was ready to tackle the problem with the research he had done prior. While doing the repair I was there in the room because of my curiosity over the internal workings of my TV and Steve kindly answered all of my questions without any air of annoyance. In fact we had some good friendly banter of random things while he worked. All of the work was done in less than hour and now we've been saved the cost of spending 3 to 4 times what we paid in repairs on a new TV.

It was a pleasant experience and I would recommend Steve and Arundel TV and Video to anyone else given the chance.
