Perfect. Arundel Oriental Rug Cleaners picked up and delivered when they said they would. The rugs were perfect when we got them back.

Great they picked up the carpets and dropped them off and did exactly what they said they would do.

They come out and they deliver. The price depends on the rug. It's between $5 - $10 a rug. It took them a week to complete the service. There were no unexpected issues.

After checking their website I contacted them, leaving a voicemail telling them what type of rug we had and that a good, deep cleaning was needed. Mr. George returned my call promptly (within 24 hours), asked some specifics then gave us the price. We then set up a pick up day and time. He was very accommodating, very punctual and very professional.
One week later he called letting us know the rug was ready for delivery. So we set up a mutual day and time for that to happen. Suddenly I was not able to be home when they were to come, so I e-mailed them earlier that day asking if they could please take the rug to the back of our home. There I had a plastic bag (in which to place the clean rug) waiting on my potting bench until I got home. Mr. George and his team were fine with this.

The convenience of a mobile service, realistic pricing, great work and respecting professionals really worked out well for us, and we will definitely use their service again!

We are pleased with their services. They are honest and prompt. They do a good job. Their price is more competitive than the one we have used.

It went very well. Their estimate was clearly stated, yet the owner called back to be sure we understood that the cost was higher than it would have been had the rug not needed special treatment because of the cat urine. The work was performed at the company's plant. The rug was picked up promptly and delivered to us when promised.

They were good. I would recommend them to others and would use them again in the future if necessary.

They were very good, nice and thorough except there was a catch in my upstairs bathroom that is decidedly different in color than the rest of the bathroom; it is behind the door and I guess they just missed it. I will use them again in the future.

We have used this company for years and will continue to. Honest, timely and excellent work.

I had an area rug that I needed cleaned and prepared for storage. Rug had a stain from candle wax. When I called they were able to contact a crew that was in my area and they came that afternoon to pick up the rug. They brought it back the next week. I did receive a call from them with information on final cost for all wanted done( cleaning stain, preparing for storage, proper wrapping) and when they would deliver. Everything went as they quoted. I was very pleased and would use them again

I would not recommend Arundel Oriental Rug Cleaners. They did not do what they were supposed to do. The rug still had the smell to it when I got it back. I was not satisfied.
