It was not a good service. I had to take my computer back again. They had to replace it. I am on my fourth computer. It takes a long time to get the computer back. Also, they do not do a good job. I am just unsatisfied with Apple. They do do the repairs. They just do not charge you for that.

Aside from my initial confusion about the way to get served, it went well. There was a wait of about 20 minutes. The salesman was very young but patient with a novice buyer. He helped me make choices and was very pleasant and knowledgeable.
