When I received the order it was more than I expected after viewing drawings and photos on the internet. The quality of the cupola was superb. Thanks Len for the excellent customer service and input to assist with me getting more than I had anticipated for my vision of what my house could look like with the weathervane.
Description of Work: Ordered a 42 inch vinyl cupola/weathervane with copper roof.....Len was extremely responsive and helpful with the design and arranging to have my order expedited as I had a roofer replacing my roof within 2 weeks. Everything that they did was top-notch and very fair. They exude the type of customer service that we all expect but don't often see.

Prior to receiving any emails I already attempted to make contact with them and talked with one of the owners. I received an email that said there was a good ole' fashion garauntee for the product. Called to inquire about the garauntee and refund was not issued even though it was requested.
Description of Work: My cupola was leaking. When I called Annapolis Weathervanes about the problem I informed them the product leaks around the seams and the service representative said, "I probably installed it wrong." The only solution he provided me was tube of sealant. Which did me no good since I had to climb up to use the sealant or hire someone to do the work for me.

Stunning, absolutely stunning! We picked out our new cupola and weathervane on their extensive web site, had the weathervane delivered to our home and chose to take the short drive to the Lancaster, PA area to pick up the cupola. The craftsmanship is outstanding. We saw unfinished wooden cupolas for twice the cost... without the weathervane. Thank you
