Annapolis Subaru

What I like about them is they are prompt. They are really knowledgeable about the cars and really communicative with their customers. Those are the biggest things. I'd give them an "A", they replaced 2 light bulbs and even washed the car before they returned it to me. For price, it was free so that has to be an "A" right. I will continue to use them.

I brought my car in there I wasn't expecting to leave it overnight, but they said they couldn't fix it in one day. They do have loaner cars but didn't have any left, so they had one of their people drive me home and when the car was done pick me up the next day and bring me down to pick it up. It's been working fine every since. That was a very good experience. I'd give them all "A's". I will continue to go to them for service.

I remember the price was more than I expected. They’re pricey, but I had a car for 20 years that they took care of. They’re rated one of the best Subaru dealers in the country, they’re really good. They’re waiting area is awesome. They offer food, beverages, TV, internet, little areas like cubbies that you can go into if you need to work. It’s awesome! It’s really awesome! The overall interaction is always positive. I’ve been there since 2002 working with them. I’ve always had a Subaru.

I'm going to buy another new car shortly. It was good. The salesman was nice.

I take my car in every six months.  They tend to be a little bit expensive.  I would tell a friend that I like their quality.

The service department is good.

I like they send notices to my email address, they follow up, and they also assign one person to keep track of my vehicle the entire time they have it.

It was wonderful.  Just the way they handled and expedited everything was very good.

They did the job properly and it didn't have to be redone and they have a really nice waiting room. There's WiFi  there is free coffee there is food, it's bright it's pleasant and so it not dirty grungy and greasy smelling.

I knew what type of car I wanted. They found the car and had it shipped in. Everything was what I wanted. There was not a lot of negotiations. The place was very clean and pleasant. I did ask a lot of questions and the sales person did have to look up the answers for me. I have also been there for the service and it did not take long and it was very good.

I contacted via email for a price on a Legacy and was given a price. Caroline was very good to work with and answered my many questions.  She went out of her way to help me.  Car came in early and she notified me quickly.  Took time to explain features.

I take the car in regularly.  If I have an issue I am able to drop my car off and get a loaner car and I'm off.  The staff is great.
