In my various houses over the years, I have dealt with perhaps 100 or more service companies of various types. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They charged nearly $2,000 up front by credit card for a season of pool service (opening and closing and weekly services), and soon starting skipping service. When I complained, they made unauthorized charges to my credit card. When I complained about that, they stopped all together. The pool water turned foul after a couple of weeks of neglect but they never again responded to any complaint whatsoever, nor did they respond to multiple requests for refunds for the remainder of the season. This company is as bad as they get.
