I think I need to know a computer person with specific skills. They were polite and arrived on time but they couldn't do what I wanted them to do. They had some very basic knowledge. Since they were here, I had them do a couple of other things, which they did and it was fine.

I had already had my computer scanned by McAfee after it had been hacked. However, I wasn't totally comfortable with their work. I brought the computer to Annapolis Computers and Brian ran a number of scans. Brian was terrific! He called when he said he would; he explained what he had done; he answered my questions thoroughly; and he left 3 different scanning programs (malware, spyware, registry cleaning) on my desktop which would allow me to run them periodically. Best of all, when I had a concern several days later (admittedly I am paranoid after being hacked), I stopped by their facility and Brian took additional time to explain what had probably happened. Brian was pleasant, patient, and competent - qualities that will make Annapolis Computers my only stop for future! AND they were reasonably priced for the piece of mind they gave me.

They completely took care of my spyware problem. The computer is back to working normally. I would use them again in the future.
