When the television arrived at my new home in Florida it had a severe dent on one corner and a crack that extended from the bottom left to the top right. After filing a claim within the 30 day window it took 7 months to receive a response. The response was a $78.00 check for a $2,300.00 television.
With all of the patience I could muster I reached out to their management with promises that they would address the situation. They consistently failed to respond and I am now writing my first review on any service, anywhere since I feel so incredibly wronged by this company.
