They had the best price and did the best job. The two people who did the work showed up on time and were clean. They were efficient and made sure to clean up after themselves. It took them about 4 to 5 hours to do all ten windows.

Arrived on time. Professional and courteous. Replaced windows then took the screen doors with them to rescreen them at their shop. Came back a few hours later and reinstalled and adjusted them for proper operation.

I sent an email inquiry about cost and within two hours they replied with a written proposal. Then they followed up with me by phone. I was able to pay over the phone and they started the work. I felt the price was very reasonable and they were incredibly pleasant to deal with. I have used another A rated glass company in the past and was very put off by their rudeness and lack of response. I will be using American Glass in the future.

They did a fantastic job on my shower. Great Job. I had used them previously when I was living in Indianapolis so I used them again. I did contact some glass people on Angies List and they were between $1000 and $1800 more than what I paid for even for a better product than what they were quoting me. They do a great job at a fair price.

The cost of service was substantially lower than that of a competing bid. Personnel arrived when scheduled (for both the initial estimate and later installation) and were uniformly courteous and professional. Work appears to be altogether satisfactory.

I had contacted two other A-rated companies who acted in attitude and price as though the cutouts were a complicated process. American Glass treated this requirement matter-of-factly and I believe no premium was charged for this; their price was much less than the other two.

Overall the process was great...they came out and measured, their price was about half of 2 other estimates! The order was placed the next day with 50% down. Glass came in a week ahead of schedule and the installers came the next day. Could not ask for a better experience.
